Saw Dylan Dog: Dead of Night. Not bad. Good practical effects and a nice blend of classic monsters. Interesting side note: It's based on an Italian comic book that has been running since 1986! In 2003 it hit 200 issues. Damn impressive! Dark Horse Comics has been reprinting the series in English since 1999. I'm surprised that I've never heard of this book until the movie came out.

Baghead. Good indie with an interesting storyline and twist ending. (Found it at BigLots for $3!) And don't let the cover fool you. This is a good comedy/horror movie.

Not horror I know but it's the last movie I watched. Death Race, finally got around to picking this up and glad I did. Pretty cool movie with some cool death scenes.

This weekend I saw Super 8, Hatchet, and Deadfall Trail. Super 8 was ehh entertaining worth seeing, but not amazing. Fun to say the least ET meets Goonies. Hatchet we all know is awesome, the death scenes are great. I went to a party this weekend, talked horror with some random old guy. He showed me his horror movie collection. Holy Fuck! Thousands, shelves of DVDs behind DVDs behind VHS. 90% horror, all kinds of random b movies. It was over whelming. He's my sister neighbor, so I think I found my new blockbuster. He lent me hatchet and fangoria magazines, super cool. Deadfall Trail on Netflix was legit thriller, survivor man tripping on peyote.

Insidious. Not as great as Poltergeist but not bad. Had it's good parts, a little boring in the middle but the end was cool. Not sure it lived up to the hype I had heard from other podcasts but still a decent movie.

It was well worth watching.
