Between this and RDR undead nightmare, that's our big topic when we record tomorrow night. Good way to kick off a months hiatus, don't you peeps think?

In case someone hasn't seen it... bit.ly/bIXMPK It was pretty awesome. I read 1-10 in the trades non-stop, and I'm not even a comic person. If the show keeps up this quality and stays true, then it's really going to be amazing television.

I second Fray's last comment. I was wondering the same thing.

Hopefully my Satan/Hauntsford episodes filled the void a little bit, James. Sorry if it was a disappointment to anyone.

Fray/Satan eps are pretty awesome. Thank you kindly. They were supposed to be fillers for the MHS episodes. I would have made them better if I'd known that they were going to be the only things playing that month. I had one more episode completed but for some reason it didn't get posted. Oh well.

For those who have seen the second episode: I got a question. When they spread the guts, I felt it wasn't taken seriously enough. I guess zombie blood can't effect you? Although he says not to get it in your eyes or mouth, does the comic ever get into the technical or medical aspect of how one gets infected?
TMHS asked if there are any negative opinions on it. As much as I hate all the goombas jumping on the zombie bandwagon...I can't find anything wrong with this amazing show. Maybe besides the human centipede, this has been the best thing to come to the horror genre this year. The ONLY thing I could possibly say, to just nit pick buttholes, is the soundtracks could be better. I just noticed a few gunshots sounded poor and I'd prefer better songs, but I would change my rating by that. That's all I could really try to come up with. I must say my favorite thing about this show are the opening scenes! They are fucking awesome.

I must say my favorite thing about this show are the opening scenes! They are fucking awesome. They still haven't explained any medical stuff in the comic. All the survivors know is that you reanimate after you die (no matter if you were bitten or not). This was discovered while the survivors were holed up in the prison and one of the inmates killed two people who, in turn, reanimated right before their eyes (I won't spoil it further.) If you think about it, it makes sense that no one would know what the hell is going on medically. But anyone with half a brain can assume that zombie fluids would make you sick and/or kill you. It would be no different than taking road kill and eating it raw or rubbing it on your skin, after all. The end result would be sickness and/or death. As for the show, maybe the creative team behind that episode were trying to convey to the audience that the survivors don't fully understand how dangerous it would be to get that shit into your system. No one there is a doctor, after all, but still. Is there really anyone on the planet who would risk getting a dead man's bodily fluids on your skin? People do stupid, dangerous stuff all the time in real life, so maybe that's what was being done here. Who knows. But you aren't the only one who commented on that. I've heard podcasters say the same thing. So maybe the creative team failed in that scene. They sure as hell made up for it in the scene where Glenn and Rick walk among the crowd of zombies though. My heart was beating pretty hard during that. It was pretty intense. Anyone else agree?
