Ginger Snaps is a werewolf movie made in Canada. The story is based on two sisters (ginger and Brigitte) who obsess about death, they would take pictures of one another while posing dead. One night out Ginger is bitten by a werewolf, then the story follows the sisters while Ginger is slowly transforming into a werewolf (eyes, teeth, tail, etc) Gingers personality drastically changes, she became very aggressive and began to have a taste for blood and flesh. brigitte tries finding a way to reverse the transformation. Running out of time Ginger completes her transformation. Brigitte is forced to kill her sister, bit before she kills Ginger she is bitten. Overall I really enjoyed this movie, there were two more sequels made after this movie. The first sequel was Ginger Snaps Unleashed. And the next movie was a prequel called Ginger Snaps Back: The Begining.

Oh man Dog Soldiers was amazing I really love that movie. I especially like Spoon, I mean how many people try to fight a werewolf bare handed. I kept hearing of a sequel but that was years ago. Sadly as far as I know is Rob Green gave up on it.

Im going to check Dog Soldiers out. I thought I hear of this one before. Was this a movie that turned into a tv series or just a movie? And was it on the sci fi station?

Yeah I agree that Ginger Snaps is a great movie (love the opening sequence with the Polaroids, the part with the Janitor near the end, the part with the beast and the van, and Mimi Rogers as the crazy/out there mom kind of reminds me of Aunt Martha from Sleepaway Camp.....brrrrrhhhhhh I got shivers just thinking of that piece of shit movie) and I feel that the sequel (not the Prequel....that one was the worst one of the series) was just as good if not better than the first one (especially love that twisted ending) .....as for Dog Soldiers I haven't gotten to see the whole movie yet ( I caught glimpses of it when it aired on the SciFi Channel) though I am planning on finally watching it here soon.
