Hello, Midnight Minions! Do you have a story to tell? Wrote something long ago or just recently? Then feel free to post it here if you like! (You retain copyright, of course, but TMHS podcast and its staff do not take responsibility for the possibility of your work being stolen. PLEASE keep in mind that this is a public forum. Anyone can easily copy and paste your story and claim it as theirs. So keep that in mind. Thank you.

Which is why you should make sure that you have printed copies with the dates on them as well as copies on your computer with the original dates on them.

Another good way to semi-copywrite something, that will actually stand up in court, is after your story is completed, print out a copy with your name and date on every page, priority mail it to yourself and keep it sealed.
That way, if anyone ever tried to claim that you plagerized their story, you present that to the judge, and because it has the post-marked stamp on the package with the date that the U.S. Post Office received it, it is as legit as it comes.
