Is it the Artic monstrosity or the chainsaw that wins out here? Lets make it interesting and give "The Thing" Home field--The Arctic, but let Leatherface bring along the whole family.

I was going to go with the Thing here at first but once you throw the family into the mix I got the idea of The Thing killing the whole family and as The Thing shifts to Grandpa Leather face will take his trusty chainsaw and do what he does best. Make lots of little things.

I voted for the Thing. Not only is it more clever than a bunch of rednecks, it's a friggin alien that can morph into any species that it's already come into contact with. I don't see how they can beat that. Plus, LF and family are from Texas. I'm sure the cold weather will throw off their game.

The Thing. Easy. Leatherface got all freaked out and whiny (super-creepy) when just some kids had escaped. Imagine what a shape-shifting monster would do to him.

As much as I love leatherface, this is kind of a fucked situation for him. The Thing can shapeshift into anything, and if he managed to take the form of the older brother (the one who runs the BBQ stand) It would confuse the fuck out of Leatherface and chainsaw or not, I gotta vote with the Thing.

I'm a sucker for a masked serial killer from the 70's/80's, so I'll throw my vote for Leatherface... As long as he brought plenty of fuel for his power tools.
